Welcome to 32nd and Chestnut...
This is the blog for 75 or so Drexel students, most of whom are new to college and new to Drexel.
We'll document the strangeness of college life, try to translate our experience for diverse readers, and chronicle what it means to be a college student during these crazy days of economic turmoil and political battle.
That's it for now; I have to go an play Spore.

Plastic Surgery
Plastic surgery is the restoration or refiguration of one's physical appearance. It is usually concerned with facial features. Some people get it done because of injuries, while others get it done because they are simply unsatisfied with the way they look. The techniques that are used now for plastic surgery originate after world war 1. This happened when doctors repaired the wounds of the injured soliders. One of the most common types of plastic surgery is called skin grafting, which is the transfer of skin tissue. These skin grafts are taken from a donor and are transferred to a recipient. Tissues can be completely removed to change the structure of a feature like in reconstruction of the nose, ear reduction, and removal of the extra tissue by the eyes. Sometimes plastic surgery is confused with cosmetic surgery. Cosmetic surgery is performed on people who are healthy. The benefit of using scholarly articles like this is that the information used is very precise. There is not much contradiction left when there are so many scholarly people writing these articles. The articles come from useful sources.
