The article titled "Lover Boys" discusses the possibility that the new generation of Hollywood's leading men is dying out. The Clooneys ,Pitts and Cruises are passing from their physical prime and are no longer captivating audiences as well as they have in past decades. The American Hollywood scene is passing more and more into the hands of emerging foreign talents such as Gaspard Ulliel, Mathieu Almarie, and Romain Duris. These actors are being recognized for more than just classic good looks. The reason audiences are so charmed by this slew of foreign new actors is because of the range of emotion they can capture and the individual flavor they are able to bring to their characters.
The reason scholarly articles are one of the most reliable sources of relaying information is because the authors are working in a highly competitive environment where one incorrect statement is often times fatal for their career. Because of this, writers become experts on their subject matter and are able to present accurate, factual information. In addition to that, pieces are edited and revised so many times that factual inaccuracies are hard to come by. For this reason, scholarly articles are hundreds of times more reliable than an internet source of questionable origin.
Welcome to 32nd and Chestnut...
This is the blog for 75 or so Drexel students, most of whom are new to college and new to Drexel.
We'll document the strangeness of college life, try to translate our experience for diverse readers, and chronicle what it means to be a college student during these crazy days of economic turmoil and political battle.
That's it for now; I have to go an play Spore.
