After trying to find any excuse at all to eat chocolate, Iv discovered that it can actually be good for your health. In an article from Tufts University, it is discovered that chocolate might have some medicinal properties. It is claimed that dark chocolate contains anti oxidants, like berries, which would benefit the body. Also, research showed that people who ate dark chocolate had their levels of LDL( which is bad cholestrol,) fall. Chocolate contains cocoa flavonols which stengthen the thymus, which play an important role in the immune system. However, not all forms of chocolate are good for you, its basically dark chocolate( which has the most cocoa powder) that would actually help and so people should not over eat any kind because chocolate still contains a lot of fat and calories.
scholarly articles are really useful simply because the topic they are writing on is researched extremely well, all details are analyzed carefully, before an opinion is given so a reader knows all aspects of the subject at hand.

We'll document the strangeness of college life, try to translate our experience for diverse readers, and chronicle what it means to be a college student during these crazy days of economic turmoil and political battle.
That's it for now; I have to go an play Spore.
