Freedom's Curse
The article I read is called “Expletive Deleted,” by Jonathan Margolis. He describes in the article how the f-word has changed over the years. When he was a child, the word meant so much that you couldn’t even breathe it. The writer recalls a television personality, describing him as the person who made him realize how bad the word really is. Now, the word is soo common that it is becoming acceptable in regular conversation. It's in music and movies, and he also mentions FCUK, the clothing company. This article resembles “Freedom’s Curse” because this article also talks about curse words and how they have changed today. Although "Freedom's Curse" argues more about curse words and their regulation on the radio and television, it still describes how these words are becoming more acceptable.
